It pops up in the Interests Room waste basket after you had a daytime scene where Aura finds the magazine (which requires tutoring Alicia which requires increasing your relationship... and maybe some other prerequisites).  It's one of the many "AND gates" that hedges the seeming wide open sandbox of the mind castle into an ultimately linear path. Also look forward to maybe 6 scenes of clothes and shoes shopping...

I chuckled, sensibly. I assume that guide (the one on the wiki?) has a perfectly minmaxed savescummed Aura or just got real good RNG. The quest giver pretty much tells you Whiteoak is tougher than the demon.

There should be a maid standing around in northern Trademond, near the guard compound. That's Arwin's house. If she tells you Arwin isn't at home, you can't (and don't need to) talk to him yet. I think you need to enter the Congregation building for him to "go home", which requires an event on the northern road (marked with a !) which in turn may require fulfilling a number of quests.

I don't get the weird fetish/compulsion people have for playing games on Steam. Just... like... download the game on your computer and click the .exe! Are they all using the steam deck? Personally I'm glad when I don't have to tell the oligopolist mega platform which porn games I like (I like this one by the way!)
